Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:
Home Delivery: via Lettre Suivie, Colissimo, or Delivengo (or the local Colissimo partner internationally).
Relay Point Delivery: via Mondial Relay, InPost, or Chronopost Shop2Shop.

2. Delivery Times

Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days (commonly observed times).
Other countries: 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and any applicable customs procedures.

Important: Carrier delays do not entitle you to any compensation. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over any delays or unexpected issues.

3. Shipping Fees and Delivery Areas

Variable shipping fees:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated in your cart based on the weight and destination country.

Important: We do not cover DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Any customs duties and import taxes are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number or link, allowing you to track your package in real time.

5. Delivery Address and Returned Packages

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In the event of an error or an unclaimed package (in the case of a relay point delivery), the package may be returned to us. In that case, additional shipping costs may be charged if you wish to receive your order again.

6. Customer Service and Complaints

If you experience any issue with your delivery (missing product, prolonged delay, damaged package, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible:
